Messiah Lite Concern

I have a PS2 with the following configuration:

SCPH-30002 R
Browser: 1.20
CD Player: 1.20
Playstation Driver: 1.10
DVD Player: 2.10A

My question is.. is this configuration a v4 or v5 console???
Will the Messiah Lite work on my console? Hope so!

take off expansion bay cover
if u c 3 screws should b 5
if u c 2 screws its a 4
