Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

Please help me out here 'cos I don't know what to do.

I've borrowed a backup copy off a mate of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire for the PC

The trouble i'm getting is that when i've tried to back it up with Clone, with the right settings for Safedisc protection (the protection detected) and then load it up and try to play it , it comes up with a "Cannot locate the cd-rom" box, saying "Please insert the correct cd-rom, select ok and restart the application".
I've also uninstalled it and tried loading from the origional backup but the same thing happens, the cd works fine in my mates and my computer has all the requirements for the game, so what's going on??

I've been using Clone and CDRWin for a while now and had not one problem with a backup until this, but i'm assuming i'm missing something from my computer for it to run, who knows 'cos I don't!
ANY help would be appreciated 'cos I have no hair left on my head!!!
