How to backup RedAlert2 with CDRWin or DiscJuggler? Pls HELP
I have the original two cd's of Red Alert 2 and wish to make a *backup* copy. I have an HP 9100 series burner and both CDRWin and Padus' DiscJuggler. I have burned several copies of it but when trying to install, 'Please insert the cd' Message appears. If anybody has any help for me on this please reply!!!

Why not try Blindread and/or CloneCD? (if your burner supports it) I made the backups of that game with those proggies, works great.

If you have a HP 9100i Plus Drive you can use CloneCd version 2.8.3.1 and that will allow you to back-up ANY game that is currently available....WITHOUT QUESTION!!! You can search my ealier posts for the proper settings to utilize with clonecd. Also, try using the full version it is much faster.

Thanks for your replies! I have now tried to burn it with Clonecd full version and had to 'successfull' burns. The only problem is that when I try to read it in my burner (hp 9100) the cd just spins and occasionally clicks but won't read. I can view the contents just fine in windows explorer but it will not install. I would greatly appreciate ANY help from anybody that might have a suggestion.

You have virtually the exact same software and hardware that I use so you should be able to make full operational copies. I would suggest switching brands of CD/R's or /RW's. I only use 700mb Memorex CD/R's and they always work...give it a try and let us know!
