Playstation Psx player

hey ya all!!

I just need help with my psx player......
I was wondering if you guys now of any Psx players that work on Windows 2000 NT. I tried all of the ones on this site but all of them require one file that only exist on Windows 9x. I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs that can extract the .str files out of the Ps cd.

Also Does anyone know any programs that can convert .str files into .avi files? This one too I need one that works on Windows 2000 NT
