Somebody give me settings for fireburner writing

Recently i got Fireburner to burn my PS2 CD's, however before making any coasters can somebody give me the proper settings? Im using CDRWIN to read my image.bin file, PS@ ver 4 with Gameshark v1.4. Thanx.
