what program do i use??
what program do i use to show all the files found in a dreamcast game? i tryed isobuster but it only brings up 2 tracks and they only equal 3 meg a peice????what to do?

Are you referring to after you ripped the game? Your CD rom drive won't read your DC games......unless it's a backup copy. After you rip a game, you use Eo to unGzip the game and then Extract iso to show you all of the files before you burn. FTE

bigdave, you cannot use a standard CD-R drive to copy files from a Dreamcast (ORIGINAL) game. The game's GD-ROM can contain around a gigabyte of data (thus the name GD-ROM), and can't be read completely by a CD-R/CDRW drive.
You have to use a special serial cable to connect your DC to your PC and run special software on both, so you can RIP the data to your computer. Not recommended for newbies - just find the game's patched/cracked disc images online somewhere and burn a copy. BTW: Register with this message board if you plan to continue posting. Many people will skip those threads that are posted by unregistered users. Sometimes you may not receive an reply because of that. |
