Using DiskJuggler

I have burned a Self-Booting game with diskjuggler (so in other words, it is redeable from computer). But I lost the ISO, so I opened up DiskJuggler to make a new one, now I have two questions.

1. Will it still be self-booting if I burn it with DiskJuggler? If not, how can I make it stay self-booting.

2. At the end of the process, it gave me the following error:
"at the end, in the event/description box I got two "X" marks

17597 ECC/EDC inconsistency at address 79:45:64 MSF
and
17793 (CDB: be000005798e000010f80000, Status: 040002, Sense: 031105) L -EC or CIRC unrecovered read error

also, at Source it says
VAMP_ECH, 2 sessions, 2 tracks 79:52:57

and at Destination it says
VAMP_ECH, 2 sessions, 2 tracks, 79:45:73 MSF (...
"

Did it rip it correctly? How will I be able to tell?
