TOKYO2 RACER won't load entirely!!!!!!!!!!!!

I burned tokyo2 and I tried to load it. I put in the utopia CD then the tokyo2 cd. It began loading then the screen turned black and the chrome dog was only partially showing and was spinning choppily. Can this be fixed?
