Why can't I burn this DC downloaded game?

I'm getting an error every time I try to burn this downloaded dreamcast game. I'm using CDRWIN. I've used it to burn two other DC games plus the boot disk. They all work fine. No telling how many PSX games I've burned using CDRWIN. They work fine to. (I just wish DC games were as common as PSX games!). I did the Load Cuesheet... thing. It's in (C:\Kal-neo.cue). When I push the Start Recording button I get this ERROR.

Error: 'START DAO RECORDING' command faild on device 0:1:0
Cuesheet was rejected by the CDROM recorder

I realize some CD-RW's won't burn selfboot games. I tried to burn my Super Runabout selfboot with discjugguler. My burner wouldn't do it. But when I used that tool to change it from discjuggler image to nero image. It burned just fine and it boots by itself just fine to. Does anyone know whats going on. Can anyone help-out a fellow gamer.

I burned it with fireburner. It burned all the way to the edge. It said burn time was 73mins 53sec.I'm guessing a 74 min CDR will work here. this is what it said after the burn. Notice the last Thread.

Does that mean I ran out of room on the CDR or somthing? Well the game didn't selfboot. It went to the audio CD screen. So I put the bootCD in and tried that. Its been 10mins and all its done is change to a different raindeer and spins and pauses every secound.
