power stone 2 usa pal fix

Hi Guys,
Got a problem:
i've got power stone 2 usa ( the self boot rel. already dummed by kal.) and i can't find a working fix to play it at 60hz on my pal dc... i've downloaded a fix ( the one from ub0.g0ss ) but when i start applyppf on it, it says that the bin size is incorrect ( actually i apply it on the cdi image as the author said..)
Could anyone help me?
