!!!!!GETTING ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO BURN GAME!!!!!

I'M TRYING TO BURN TOKYO EXTREME RACER 2...I HAVE IT IN .CDI FILE AND I'VE DONE EVEYTHING THAT HAS BEEN INSTUCTED TO DO ON THIS FORUM..(ACCORDING TO BIG POPPA'S POST)AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S TRYING TO WRITE AND THEN I GET THIS ERROE MESSAGE FROM DISC JUGGLER:
(CDB: 35000000000000000,STATUS: 040002, SENSE: 030c0a) BUFFER UNDER-RUN OR WRITE ERROR

IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE HELP ME I'M SOOOOO FRUSTRATED I CAN'T GET THIS TO WORK

I can tell you this. IF YOU POST IN ALL CAPS ITS COSIDERED RUDE AND YOU WILL
GET NO HELP! So wait about a week and hopfully everyone will forget you and try posting
