I Need Help Pliiiz Civilization Play The World Font Bug

Hi, i am new and i would know something :

Civilization 3 PTW :

When i launch a multiplayer game, my partner is redirected to the first menu.
Then i tried to install several nocd patch (1.14,1.21) but these create a problem with the fonts of the game !!!!!

What i'm supposed to do
