Newbie asking for some help

Hi,
I am new to te whole Dreamcast copying thing and need some help. I am not asking for iso files but just help on how to get the games? Like where to start searching for them. I also would like it if someone could help me learn how to burn them on a cd-r cause I have no clue on how to do that. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Get yourself a copy of Juggler V3.
Get yourself a copy of a ### client like Smart###.
Goto anyone the toplist sites, ####://www.top66.com/Dreamcast/index.html , for example and work your way down untill you find a site you like. Once you have been to a few sites you will be able to follow the links to more list sites and such and in a couple of hours have no problem at all getting all the latest games.
