i need help!!

i recently downloaded a game that contained both a *.bin and *.cue file. i was wonderin if i have to burn both of those files into a cd

cdrwin ,load cue file

[webber]

get fireburner
install
double click the cue
right click the mode and stuff that pops up in fireburner
select test/burn
pick your settings
burn
fireburner is very stable and is easy to crack as opposed to cdrwin
