USM Video Encoder
I found this on internet today, when i search for USM Encoder:
http://pesedit.com/forums/showthread...usm-(-Tutorial) Its a Scaleform Video Encoder. I Tested, making a usm file, but not testing into a game. Sorry for my bad english
