Serial slave cd (newbie)

ok..... i downloaded the serial slave cd. when i opened it, it went straight to discjuggler, but there wasnt a file to burn... im stuck. i downloaded dc-tool and dc-load when i tried to run dc-tool a error message came up saying that i need a file "DLL file,CYGWIN1.DLL, i #####ed dc-load and the file wasnt there. is there somewhere i can found the file. ive read the dc self boot tutorial, been to a number of site forums, but im still stuck. (oh yeah this is the best forum ive come across by far). im a die hard computer fan, and video game fan. i refuse to quit. i just need someone with the experience and knowledge to kinda start a newbie off. please dont be frustraited with. someone please show me the path

u can use cdmage to view the content inside serial slave cdi image

dc-tool-ip with .dll --dc-tool-ip 1.0.0 for dreamrip 2.01 with dll
