problems with sf 3rd impact

Cant seem to get it to work with nero or disk juggler? any ideas? it burns then when I put it in the dc it winds up real fast the sh**s to the dc main menu. Sometimes it goes straight to the music screen like its a music cd. strange..have burnt fighting vipers2, daytona, and a few others with no problem.
