Echelon Selfboot

Has anyone been able to create a selfboot copy of Chu Chu Rocket? I have followed the Echelon tutorial by the book 3 times and each time it failed (my Dreamcast refuses to load the game).

Thanks! It sure helped.
I also downloaded the cdrtools-1.9a03-win32-bin.zip file and extracted it to selfboot folder (don't know if that changes anything).
