DC Movie Creator bug?

I'm trying to downsample an SFD with the DC Movie Creator. I used sfd2mpg on the SFD and then input the mpg into DC Movie Creator but when I try to downsample I get this weird error message:

Why is it asking for 9GB of disc space for conversion?

I'm running the program on Win XP SP2.

Xiaopang is on a distinguished road
because it's a badly programmed app. re-encode the mpg with the mpeg-encoder of your choice, demux it, encode the audio track to sfa and use the movie creator only to mux the files to sfd
