Gaming In Windows. Need Help

Hi Everybody.
I have a question about user accounts in windows. I want to create a user account in my pc and I want to use it onlt for games so I have all the power and performance from my system. So I want to have the minimum programs start up in this account. My question is this: I can also set which services to run in this account or the services run the same for both accounts??? And if I can do so, which services are useless and can be stopped for an account that will be used only for games.

Easy way

Well it really does not matter that how many user account you create for the gaming but its only advantage that you will get is you can prevent others from getting these games. You have to go to control Panel than create a new Account, give him the Prievilages, Than go to Advance option and set the rights of new user.
