hey charlie
np just glad to help hope you are still here, i need some help i am trying to use it and i am reading thsat tutorial on ps2ownz it says i need to load a gi file but i do not know how to get that are you following a tutorial like that sgt dans site is down so i don't know what type of tutorial he has or can i just use the disk to disk copy on the promo and it will work. how are you doing it

Kidace, Sim will no doubt reply in greater detail. But I'll try and help as you've got time constraints. What I think needs to be done is as follows (it's a 1:1 process):
1/ Go to the QUICKSTART GUIDE section of the electronic docs in the HTML folder. Then follow the instructions: How to record a disk image. That will get you the GI file. 2/ Thereafter as per the ps2ownz tutorial.

To get GI select DVD writer on open page and click on disc explorer and drive properties icon.
Click on Global Image button (It is labelled) and it will create the global image for you. After that follow tutorial Sim
