Can any1 help setup Broadband adapter/comp/router for DC game rip?

I got some news about that issue
The DC-TOOLS ripping package v1 has some utilities dealing with the BROADBAND ripping issue. There's no a big chunk of info inclosed but i guess it should work properly.
I'm gonna buy the adapter...
