PS13 fuse...
The microscopic fuse on the motherboard isnt gettting a reading on my multimeter(ohms). I started the thread below where the disc isnt spinning. Could i solder a jumper on that fuse to see if thats the problem before i actually replace it? would that work to do that?

I think that is definately your problem as its connected to the BA6664 controller and is regulating that circuit. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend bridging that fuse - even for just a few seconds.
You may also find that the BA has also given out along with that fuse, so the replacement of both may be necessary
