How do you use the sorttxt.txt to sort files when making an iso?

I'm making a backup copy of Tee-off golf, I need to arrange the files so that the into movie is burned at the very last of the iso. I'm using mkisofs.exe included in the cdr-tools fro Ecehelon's selfboot kit. Can any one tell me what I have to do to accomplish this?

P.S. anyone having trouble making a copy of Hydrothunder off of a burned copy, the same for Guilty GEar X?
