Watching Vid's on the 360.

i recently hooked my PC up to the XBOX360 and i can see that you can only play music and watch your pictures, has any body got a clue on how to watch movies from the HD on the PC.

Thanks, Chris.

I think you have to use Windows Media Center.

Its a version of windows thats is built on WinXP but looks and feels different. Its also designed for media use.

Microsofts offical page here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/m...r/default.mspx

However I would recommend sticking with regular XP from my experience as I have never been a fan of Media Center.

Windows MC is basically XP pro without remote desktop (like home), and may require a little more work to join a domain (only bussiness really need this). Obviously, it also has that GUI option people usually recognize from the images of MCE.

XP:MCE is the same price as XP:Pro.
