Battle For Middle Earth 2

I keep getting the same problem. Once I use the no cd file in GCW the game runs perfectly but once i actually try to play (skrimish, campaign, tutorials) the game crashes and the error i get is that there was an error in game.dat. My drivers are upated. any help?

Does the game work fine with the original?

it wont run with the original, and if i switch to the original once the games started i get the same problem

Well then, contact the publisher. Seems to be a non-NOCD related problem

i think its the game.dat i got off of gamecopyworld.

Well, if the original game.dat doesn't work with the original CD, then how can the one you got off of GCW be the problem?
