Can't install Oblivion

Never had this problem before with other games. Keep getting the "Install ATI Catalyst Control Panel" launch, but the install Oblivion launch never even starts.

Is something blocking installation? HAve tried removing "Copyto DVD" and installing AntiBlaxx. Still no luck. There are no error screens that come up suggesting me to remove other software or that anything is wrong.

Pentium4 2.6ghz
1.5gb ram
64gb free space
Radeon x800pro 256mb
latest ati driver

Try going into your 'Program Files\Common Files' folder and renaming the 'Installshield' folder, then run the Installer again.
