compatibility

has anyone tried using a memory stick pro(not memory stick pro duo) on a psp. cause if its compatible then i can buy a 4gb memory sick pro for the same price as a 2gb memory stick pro duo.

Memory stick duo is smaller and thinner in size and the simple memory stick cannot be fit in the duo slot, so you cant use memory stick pro in PSP. Wheras duo stick can be used in simple memory stick slot with the help of an adopter usually supplied with duo cards.

oh well...thanx for the info. i guess i have to settle for the 2gb memory stick pro duo. im not really interested in the max datel 4gb sense my accessories wont fit onto the psp if the 4gb is attached. i just have to wait if the price drops down on the 2gb memory stick pro duo .

if u wait there will be both 4GB and 8GB in a few months
they probably will be more expensive than the psp .

damn..in that case i would probably have to wait next year b4 the prices become reasonable..lol cause if the memory sticks are more than the psp then hell no..im not even interested..haha.
