PROBLEMS WITH SOUL CALIBUR

I just made a backup of SOUL CALIBUR the game loads fine but the screen rolls on my tv. Any one else had this problem with SOUL CALIBUR?

Is it the CNN self booting version or the Utopia bootdisc version ? If it's the CNN version then the only thing I can think of is that as it's the American NTSC version your playing it on a PAL TV that doesn't support 60MHz hence the dodgy picture.
