Question UT2004 Editor's Choice DVD9 2 DVD5

Don't get me wrong, I know there's a sticky about CD2DVD conversions, but I couldn't find anything for this particular version
I was wondering if I could fit the 5.37 GB of the play disc into 2 single layer DVDs and then add some modifications/update patches as well (in the second one), kind of AIO
Any ideas?
Would it be possible to just exlude some folders (say CD5, CD6, CD7) from the 1st disc and burn them in the 2nd one?
Thanks
btw, my request IS NOT against forum's rules, is it?

Please, do post your question into that sticky thread or see the entirely stand-alone site, linked to in that thread, that is about CD-to-DVD conversion.
