Hidden&Dangerous.iso.zip Not booting please help

I've downloaded Hidden&Dangerous.iso.zip (278MB) when unzipping I get a file called Hidden&Dangerous.iso.bin that's 566MB.
After using bintoiso.exe the file is 496MB .
I've burned it with Nero. When using Utopia boot disk 1.2 then inserting the Hidden+Dangerous disc the utopia screen will change to the "glass deer" screen but will stay there for ever.
I thought that someone has DL the same file and knows how to overcome this problem.
