selfboot to boot?!

Im having some problems copying jet set radio. The copy i have is a self booting one, but my copier wont do multisessions(its a hp 9150i). Ive tried it on clonecd and diskjuggler. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anyway to take out the self boot files on the backup i want to copy. If so how do I know which ones to take out? I have a utopia CD so making it non seelf booting wont be a problem.
