can i go online with an ps2 infinity v1.54 chip?
hi i have an ps2 with an infinity v1.54 chip and i have an question.

can i go online with it? or shut it off?

you need to either patch your backup for dnas or turn the chip off by holding start when you turn the ps2 on and use the original

you can upgrade the chips firmware i think but nothing for online !!! as far as i know ???
you just need to either use your origonal game and turn mod off as described above or patch the dnas (disc id ) to your copy !! which is all explaine in the ultimate info sticky at the top of this forum !!!
but if you do need to turn your mod off to play online a back up aint gonna work anyway !!!!some mod chips go undetected online am not sure but mi is ok ????
