60hz and 50hz playback of games

i have a few games that flicker cos my tv dont support 60hz, is there a way of getting round this like using a scart cable or something?
the games themselves run at 60hz i get no option to changed between em
would a tv card help for my pc so i could play them on it at 60hz if so whioch one?

Get a cheap TV card for your PC and play like on a normal TV! Simple, but effective.

Other than that, buy a new TV!

be careful b4 u spend yer cash on a tv card, most here in europe don't support ntsc from dc console, mine can sync (with ntsc setting) but has loss of colour ...works ok on 50hz/pal

also due to how tv cards work they don't look too hot when theres fast action on screen.. can be jerky.

maybe u would be better getting treamcasts vga box ??
i got one and it works with most games if u turn your monitor off when using non-self boots, then after switching disks wait 5/10 secs turn on monitor.... much better picture and higher res on games )
