how to burn ready2rumble round 2?

the file is e-r2r2.cdi and it's over 750mb.

what software should i use, and what speed?

plz help me.

and also in .nfo file, it says the files are downsampled in order to decrease the file size. does that mean the quality of the graphics or something is different from the original game?
