Is PS2 S-video capable?
Hi!
I'm interested in buying an S-video cable for PS2, but i'd like to know if PS2 is capable of outputting s-video or the cable is just outtputing composite signal via S-Video lead. I know that PS2 is capable of outtputing YUV or RGB signal (component), but i don't know about s-video. Does anyone know? |

Yes it supports S-Video. It is all I use. Much better video output than the RCA cables supplied with the PS2.

Oh my god!!!
I received the S-Video cable and I still cannot believe the difference! I was comparing the S-Video and the composite cable and the difference is huge. Now i have to make up for the 10 lost years of "composite play"! Every one owning a gaming console should play with S-Video or better. |
