If you are only interested in e.g. changing filesize of a 0 byte file you can use the tool from this site. Great tool, btw.

Why so you can fool many DC++ clients into thinking you are sharing more than you have?
Why else would you want this done? And find the manual for the tool, its easy to read yes?

the manual is in russian
and i partially figured it out but when i change the file size it also changes the size on disk not like that pic and actually i have a (non-file-sharing)program that needs a huge file size but my hard drive doesn't have enough space so i was searching for it and i found this pic at a site (dcmagnet.com) that linked to this pic and said that people use it for that BUT i don't need it for that as i said
