If you are only interested in e.g. changing filesize of a 0 byte file you can use the tool from this site. Great tool, btw.

Why so you can fool many DC++ clients into thinking you are sharing more than you have?
Why else would you want this done? And find the manual for the tool, its easy to read yes? |

the manual is in russian
and i partially figured it out but when i change the file size it also changes the size on disk not like that pic and actually i have a (non-file-sharing)program that needs a huge file size but my hard drive doesn't have enough space so i was searching for it and i found this pic at a site (dcmagnet.com) that linked to this pic and said that people use it for that BUT i don't need it for that as i said |
