Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - HDLoader
I have read that it is incompatible with HDLoader, yet there is some fsort of PPF file you can get for it?
i heard that the same was true with viewtiful joe and tenchu fatal shadows ? i know how to apply ppf patches, but is there a special method for doing PS2 games ? i read that there is some file you have to extract and then inject after you have modified it? is it possible that ou could tell me where to find these patches ? thanks!

There is no way to play Splinter Cell Chaos Theory off the hdd. There is a swapmagic patch but it only gets you able to boot the game. Once you put your nightvision goggles on the game will freeze.
The other 2 games can be played using the latest HDL v.7c. Tyler!

thanks Durden, but how do i find out which HDLoader I have ? (i have the "free HDL for PS2ownz" or something).
and can i change what version im using without changing stuff on the HDD ? also, is there a legal url i can pick up 0.7c, or will i have to go on the hunt ?
