Pal4u Problem during patch Resident Evil II (PSX)!! What the...?

Hi, I've read the Idiots Guide to NTSC to PAL PPF's (Megagames.com) and was getting following error message when I startet to patch the .bin with pal4u:

"Expecting Data is different from File data, this BIN/EXE is not the one scanned with pal4u2000"

But IT IS definately the scanned one with pal4u2000!

So I just followed the guide and got this fu***** message every time I tried to make a patch for RE I / RE II.
Also Pal4u2000 and ECC REGEN don't schow an error message during scanning..

What's wrong??

Is that the reason why there isn't any damn patch for Resident Evil I/II (PSX) ??
