I can't make a working Serial Slave disc.. Help!!!

I have tried akk of the possible windows methods and none will boot. All seem to be ok and everything that should be there is there but It just wont work. I am using a UK Dreamcast if this is important. If you have succeeded let me know where I may be going wrong or let me know where I might be able to get one.
