action replay cdx

ive downloaded action replay cdx what do i do now do i just burn it to cd?is it a cheats thing or a boot up disk.

Yes burn it. Or you can just let it sit there on your hard drive and pray the cheats
into your DC.

Its more for cheats then a boot disk. It will help with playing imports or so I hear anyway. But
not with cd-r backups.
