DJ2.x settings with Plextor 12/10/32a - still got probs after reading the faqs

Can anyone recommend the best settings for DJ2.x and the Plextor - when creating a file my settings are -
Ignore read errors checked
Raw read/write checked
Max image 80min
EDC/ECC checked in the options
I cant find where to turn off burn proof in any options

When creating the file I get a lot of EDC/ECC errors

Writing a file to recorder -
Offset - 0
TOC - CD Rom
Mode 1
Block - when mode 1 selected I have the option of selecting 2048 2336 or 2352

I did manage to copy Sega Rally 2 SB with DJ3 but after reading the faqs I uninstalled it and installed DJ2, but have not had any luck since.

Also auto insert notification is unchecked in Windows settings.

Any help appreciated.
