The News
Basically, you can be charged for hosting any kind of copyrighted p2p media on the net. No loopholes, no way around it. The fines are not light either. The bill is expected to pass.

It may not stop piracy, especially since the US is not the only people who file share. However, it should scare a lot of people from doing it.
