I have downloaded some albums that are playing all songs as one contineous track. They are not album wrap. Are there any programs I can use to separate the tracks? Here's hoping.

There are various audio editors which will let you do what you want. There also "automatic" splitters, which try to find silence in the tracks and then cut them. Google for "Audio Editor", "Wav Splitter" or "MP3 Splitter".

For a first test you could try Audacity. It is Open-Source.

If the complete album is only one huge MP3-file, then try searching for a CUE-file with the same (or almost the same) name. After that load that CUE to CDRWin3.9k (www.goldenhawk.com) and burn your album to a CD-R. After that you have a album with seperated tracks.
The CUE-file should look like that: FILE "C:\THENAMEOFTHEHUGEFILE.MP3" BINARY TRACK 01 AUDIO INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 AUDIO INDEX 01 09:32:69 TRACK 03 AUDIO INDEX 01 17:34:11 TRACK 04 AUDIO INDEX 01 25:06:44 TRACK 05 AUDIO INDEX 01 29:02:57 TRACK 06 AUDIO INDEX 01 35:36:71 ...
