I have updated it with Steam and decrypt it and everything to play it.

But when i wanna play offline with bots it says "The game is not yet ready to play offline".
But Half Life 2 is everything allright.

It's what it says: "The option to play CS:S offline (with bots) isn't available" !!!
(It's not ready)

Once you've done a game update via STEAM, you need to lauch the game once and let STEAM access the net, after that offline mode is normally available!

I have all updates done via STEAM.
And Steam always works if i wanna play HL2 or CS:Source.

Both HL2 and CS:S work offline for me.

First make sure you DO NOT have the 'Don't save account information on this computer' box ticked in your STEAM settings.

If that is not ticked, then delete your ClientRegistry.blob file and then lauch STEAM again and re-enter your account details to access your games.
Load both HL2 and CS:S while connected to STEAM then exit them. Now see if the offline mode is available by right clicking on the game in the 'Play Games' browser and click 'Properties', it should hopefully say 'Offline Mode: ready'.
