action replay max backup

hi i was just wondering if anyone knows how to Backup the action replay max CD for the PS2,no matter what programme i use the finished backup will not work in my PS2(v9 fitted with infinity chip)I have no problems backing up my other PS2 or PS1 games and they work fine,just this action replay max backup refuses to work.

any help would be much apprieciated
