advice needed with Samsung 304B

After burning a couple of coasters trying
to burn Jet Set Radio self boot with Discjuggler
I followed the advice on

to rip ISO images from the CDI then patch them.

I'd like to know if it's possible to directly
burn self-booting games with this drive
(with the <300 sector problem, or whatever
it is). Perhaps with the latest version
of discjuggler (which I'm currently d/l'ing)?
