Problem with LG GSA 4082B DVD WRITER

Hello,
I am trying to backup a DVD but my dvd writer keeps refusing to burn. I have tried DVD Shrink, Nero and Elaborate Bytes Clone DVD 2. The log Nero is returning me is attached.
I have just burnt a DVD an hour ago, but now the dvd keeps refusing to burn. It doen'st pass the Lead-In part.
Thanks for any support.

Have you tried updating your drive's firmware? Also what media are you using? Has it worked for you before? Is it a new batch?

Most write errors are associated with poor or uncompatable media. Try a firmware update as TD suggested. If that dont do it try different media

I never really looked into the problem before, but if you fine out, plmk. But try a reboot!! Sry thats all I can offer

How do you find and apply a firmware update?

Firmware updates are usually distributed from the manufacturer's website.
