Question Do I need to mod X-box to use game texture patch

My Buddy has an X-box, no idea what version, except it's never been modded. He wants to get the adult textures for Xtreme Beach Volleyball, I've already downloaded the .rar file to my PC. What now? Do I need to mod his X-box? Can I just convert it to a certain format and burn it on a CD?

Thanks! I'm tech savy but clueless when it comes to the Xbox. Soldering is a no brainer so what ever is the easiest and most robust solution.

Thanks to whoever answers this!

Yeah, needs to be modded so you can FTP in or copy it off the disc.
