topspin or it might be me

wanna back up my topspin but wont work. plays the intro etc but then crashes. i ftp with flash fxp. then use craxtion v1 to patch. then create an iso or directly burn. am i doing something wrong. plz help i might be a bit old school same problem with thief except it wont boot up at all. evox recognises its a game. dont understand as i have backed up heaps of games successfully before. thanx

try going into the settings of evox and make sure all the In Game Resets (IGR) are turned off. Then make sure your xbox is set to the correct time. Post back if you still have the problem

ok done it but, still doesnt work evox version 1.8.328. pretty old. anyway tried it on a mates brand new xbox who doesnt have evox but a chip and it worked.. whats goin on with this thing, ready to throw it.

Try launching the game with something other than evox. Don't start evox at all. If it works, then evox is the problem. If it doesn't, then upgrade your bios because that is likely the problem.
